The genre-blending neo-soul artist will play three shows on the east coast of the country in February, starting at Brisbane’s Princess Theatre on Friday, 16th February. Melbourne will follow a few days later, and the tour will finish at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Wednesday, 21st February. Greentea Peng – otherwise known as Aria Wells – broke out in 2019 when a performance of her track ‘Downers’ went viral, clocking up nearly 20 million views. Debut album MAN MADE arrived in 2021, and became one of the buzzy releases of the year, with comparisons to Erykah Badu and Amy Winehouse. Greentea Peng: ‘Look To Him’ The singer followed it up with the freewheeling mixtape GREENZONE 108, which came out last year. “A collection of works accumulated over a transitional period of my life,” Greentea Peng said of the mixtape. “An elevation of sorts from MAN MADE, in the sense that so much has changed and formed in the two years since that conception. “[It’s] freer, less formed and more of an open dialogue/ space exploring all different types of topics from spirituality, and originality to mental health and politricks hence why this is a mixtape and not an album.” Greentea Peng 2024 Australian Tour Dates Friday, 16th February 2024 – Princess Theatre Brisbane Tuesday, 20th February 2024 – Forum Melbourne Wednesday, 21st February 2024 – Metro Theatre Sydney Sign up for pre-sale access now through Handsome Tours.
